Acquired 5.46 acres of raw land and entitled 130 multi-family units and 30,000 SF of commercial through the City of San Diego. Sold the approved residential parcel — Lumen — to Shea Homes, who delivered it on their own. Joint ventured on the commercial component — Corallina — which Fin Terra held and operated before selling to an end user.
