John Finley is a proven real estate professional with experience in residential and commercial properties, both in the Unites States and Mexico. As a licensed real estate broker, he’s been active for the last 12 years in residential with an emphasis on investments, capital raising, sales, marketing, and property management. John’s introduction into construction came at an early age working on his father’s job sites as a construction laborer. John has extensive experience in the full life cycle of real estate development including procuring acquisitions and investment opportunities, as well as overseeing design direction and growth strategy. John is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He also holds his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego. John Finley is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
Mike Finley has more than 55 years of development and construction experience and has been active in the Riverside and San Diego Communities. He began his career in Rockford, Illinois as a builder/developer and as a real estate broker. Throughout his career, he’s been directly involved in land acquisition, project entitlements, permit processing, project budgeting, construction supervision, subcontractor management, and marketing of homes, condominiums and apartments. He’s been a principal in more than $200 Million in development projects, including processed entitlements and has constructed both production and custom single family homes, apartments, condominiums and senior housing. He is a licensed general contractor in the State of California, a past President of the Rockford BIA, a former member of the board of directors of the Illinois BIA and a graduate of Northwestern University.
