We take every location into careful consideration and we choose only those areas that we know will have a positive impact on the surrounding community. We look for diverse location opportunities and determine after the site has been selected what type of development is appropriate.
Each project incorporates a holistic analytical approach when considering the overall scope of our portfolio. We consider what the local competition looks like, research if similar projects already exist in the area, evaluate the benefit of moving forward with the development, and maintain our company’s integrity while adhering to the financial responsibility of our investors.
We never begin to renovate or build until we have thoroughly examined all aspects of the project and how it impacts the surrounding area. Once there is a beneficial union, then we move forward to renovate or build in great places, while continuing to strengthen the Fin Terra name within the community.
