63 Townhomes, 46 Luxury Rentals, 20,000 sq.ft. Retail, and 10,000 sq.ft. Office space within Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch. Acquired the site, will complete entitlements, plans to design and build with projected completion date of late 2018. Will sell a portion of the residential, but will retain rentals and retail for income-generating property.

65-70 Luxury Condos & Townhomes. Will acquire land raw, complete entitlements, design and build with projected completion date of late 2018. Plans to sell portion and retain portion as income-generating property for minimum of 5 years.

Master-Planned Community with 400-600 Multi-Family units, 200,000 sq. ft. Commercial space, and Potential Boutique Hotel. Will acquire land raw, complete entitlements, design and act as master developer for the site, with plans to sell portions to other developers and projected completion date of 2020. Will retain portion of residential, retail and boutique hotel for income-generating property.
